With more than 35 years of experience in the aviation industry, Peter Kapsis is responsible for the successful delivery of Pyrex’s operational services across its airport locations and airline customers.

Peter brings extensive international aviation experience to the role. His career has included working as a TSA trainer in the United States and supporting the establishment of the central security search area at Athens International Airport ahead of the 2004 Olympic Games.

Throughout his career, Peter has developed a strong track record in coordinating operational and commercial activity, improving business processes and delivering service enhancements that provide clear benefits to both customers and the wider organisation. He also has significant experience in business development, contract tenders, proposals and company growth.

As a senior leader within Pyrex, Peter places particular emphasis on developing people, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring that operational performance consistently supports the company’s wider strategic objectives.

With around 50 years of experience in aviation, Bill Ward is a highly experienced customer service and airport operations professional with a strong background in managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams across international environments.

Throughout his career, Bill has held senior positions with major airlines and global ground handling organisations, working across the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, the Middle East and India. This extensive international experience has given him a broad understanding of airport operations, customer service delivery and the complexities of working across different markets and operational environments.

Bill has also served as Heathrow Airport Operators Committee (AOC) Terminal Chairman and as an Airline Deputy Post Holder, further demonstrating his experience in senior operational leadership, stakeholder engagement and regulatory responsibility.

His extensive industry knowledge and operational experience provide Pyrex with valuable insight into airline and airport operations, customer service and the delivery of consistently high operational standards.

With more than 28 years of experience in aviation security, Sheetal Chaudhari has built her career around strengthening security standards, developing people and promoting a culture of professional responsibility.

She began her career on the frontline, where she developed a strong understanding that effective security relies not only on procedures, but also on sound judgement, competence and personal accountability. Over the years, Sheetal progressed into senior roles across training, policy and compliance, including leading aviation security training for one of India’s leading airlines.

During this period, she was empanelled as an Aviation Security Instructor and authorised examiner, conducting regulatory examinations on behalf of India’s aviation security regulatory authority. Today, as Compliance Director at Pyrex UK Limited and a UK Certified Aviation Security Instructor, Sheetal combines strategic compliance leadership with extensive operational and training experience.

She remains particularly passionate about developing people, strengthening standards and creating an environment in which security is genuinely understood rather than simply followed. Having trained and mentored professionals across a wide range of roles and operational environments, Sheetal firmly believes that “strong security begins with competent people who take pride in what they do”.

As Finance Director, Harry is responsible for the financial management and overall financial performance of Pyrex UK Limited. His remit includes budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial reporting, cost control and financial risk management.

Harry works closely with Pyrex’s operational teams to ensure that financial planning supports the day-to-day requirements of the business while contributing to its wider strategic objectives. He places particular importance on strong communication between finance and operations, enabling informed decision-making and effective resource management across the organisation.

Within the aviation security sector, Harry recognises the importance of disciplined financial planning, robust controls and a clear understanding of operational requirements. His focus is on maintaining financial resilience, managing risk and supporting Pyrex’s teams in delivering a reliable, high-quality service to its airline and airport customers.

His extensive experience across aviation security and customer service, combined with a strong understanding of the aviation industry, has enabled him to make a lasting impact on the organisation and the clients it proudly serves.
